Renting
Here at United Real Estate Services, we treat renters with the same respect that we show our sellers and buyers. We rent properties ranging from $450 - $1100 and up. We believe in providing safe, affordable housing for all of our residents.
Application Procedures
Our application fee is $40 which is nonrefundable. We require a copy of your police report from the Clerk of Courts, a copy of your driver's license/ ID, a copy of your social security card, and 2 weeks of your latest check stubs. If you receiving income from other sources we will need copies of those income statements.
If you are self-employed, we require financial statements.
Our decision to rent to you is based largely on rental history. If you have had an eviction or foreclosure in the last 2 years, your security deposit will be equal to 2 months rent. In addition we will require that you pay your first full month's rent prior to your move in date.
If you have not had rental history, your security deposit will be equal to 1 month rent.
