Pay Rent Online
Now you can safely and securely pay your rent online following the steps below. All major credit cards as well as debit cards are accepted.
1. Click on the "Pay Now" button below
2. You Will Be Connected to the Paypal website. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this service.
3. Type Your Address Under "Item" and type your monthly rent amount under "Unit Price"
4. Follow Prompts if you have a paypal account. If you do not have a paypal account scroll down to "Don't have a PayPal account?" and follow the prompts.
5. A payment receipt will be sent to the email address that you enter on the Paypal site.
Rent Payments Are Due No Later Than The Fifth
Of The Month. If you are making a payment after the fifth of the month,
please be sure to add in the late fee amount as shown on your lease.
Automatic Draft Rent Payment Program
Sign up for automatic draft rent payments and you won't
have to worry about money orders, checks or postage. This is a FREE
service.
You must sign up for this service at least
15 days before
your rent payment is due.
To Enroll, Follow the Steps Below
1. Click on the "Enroll Now" link
2. The first field on the form asks for "Property / Landlord Name". Enter "United Real Estate Services"
3. Fill Out the Rest of the Form with your address and checking account information.
4. Fill in the automatic draft date desired. For monthly payments, the automatic draft date must be between the 1st - 5th of the month. We also accept biweekly and weekly rent payments.
