The Carolina MLS (CMLS) is the primary MLS for the following Charlotte North Carolina surrounding counties: Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Stanly, and Union; however, the CMLS also includes houses, townhouses, condos and multifamily (duplexes, apartments, etc) properties in the following counties: Caldwell, Burke, Davidson, Davie, Richmond, Moore, Randolph, Chesterfield, Yadkin, Avery, Wilkes, Ashe, Surry, Watauga, Alleghany, Rutherford, Catawba, Rowan, Alexander, Montgomery, Cleveland. The Carolina MLS covers the following Areas as well: Gastonia, Statesville, Concord, Monroe, Matthews, Indian Trail, Lincolnton, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Albemarle. Our real estate brokers/ agents can help you sell or list any house, townhouse, condo or multifamily property that you have as long as they are located in one of the areas mentioned in this section.
